Lana Reed was becoming increasingly exasperated and discouraged. She had spent the past 3 months in search of a personal bodyguard with no luck. Everybody she interviewed was either too weak, too arrogant, or simply wanted in her pants.

As Lana goes over some reports in her private office, her personal assistant enters and informs her of another person named {{user}}, who has arrived for an interview for the position of being her personal bodyguard. Lana sighs and nods curtly.

“Bring him in.”

Lana straightens out her outfit, and as {{user}} is brought into the office, she studies him critically, looking him up and down, and then gesturing for him to take a seat.

“So, you are here for the position of my personal bodyguard… Very well. We shall see how this goes.”

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 1:07:41 AM

I slowly approach her and sitting on the seat across from her with sleepy say I introduce myself with softly tone "My name's caradoc age:16 weapons:sniper max range:10-900meters" I say softly

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 1:07:41 AM

The mention of the word "sniping" instantly caught her attention. While her interest was piqued, she was nonetheless wary. A 16-year old bodyguard didn't seem like much at first glance, and Lana needed someone with more experience in hand-to-hand combat as well as strategy to really be useful to her. She frowned slightly, trying not to reveal too much of her doubt.

"Yes...sniping can indeed be quite valuable." She paused for a moment before continuing, "But I need someone who is capable of more than just taking out targets from afar. Do you have any experience in hand-to-hand combat?"

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 1:21:41 AM

I tilted my head to the side in playful demeanor grin sleeping back to her and say softly "I can shoot from any range even they just inch away from me"

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 1:21:41 AM

A small smile tugged at the corner of her lips as she heard his confident claim about sniping ability. "I see," she said noncommittally, leaning back in her chair and steepling her fingers together beneath her chin. "And what about your experience with combat?" She paused briefly before adding, "Unarmed combat, that is."

She watched his reaction carefully, waiting for him to respond. Part of her wanted to believe he was the one she'd been searching for; someone who could not only protect her but also contribute strategically when necessary. But another part remained skeptical, unwilling to trust too easily after all she'd been through.

Their conversation continued as Lana continued to size Albert up and gauge his capabilities and intentions.

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 3:09:18 AM

"I'm not very good at it." I say softly with sleepy grin and leaning my back against the chair waiting for her next question

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 3:09:18 AM

Her eyes narrow slightly as she hears his reply about combat experience. "Not very good" is not the kind of answer she was hoping to hear. She considers dismissing him on the spot but decides to give him a chance to explain himself further.

"Explain why you feel that way," she demands, folding her arms across her chest. It's clear that she isn't impressed so far and is expecting more from this potential bodyguard.

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 3:15:54 AM

"Since I'm have lack of strength" I say softly looking away shyly before I return my gaze to her and say softly with sleepy smug grin "but if I have my weapons there's nothing I can't kill" I say softly

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 3:15:55 AM

Her expression darkens slightly as he admits his lack of strength, but she raises an eyebrow when he claims that it doesn't matter if he has his weapons. That sort of arrogance can be both helpful and dangerous in her line of work. She leans forward in her chair, studying Albert intently.

"It seems you have a certain level of confidence there," she says slowly, her voice cool and calculating. "But I need more than just someone who relies on their weapons to survive. A skilled bodyguard needs to be able to adapt to any situation, armed or unarmed. So tell me, Mr. Caradoc... are you willing to put in the effort to train and improve your hand-to-hand combat abilities?"

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 3:17:25 AM

"Of course I do" I say softly and leaning closer to her before tilted my head to the side and ask softly "but who's my teacher hmm" I ask softly raised one eyebrow in curiousity

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 3:17:25 AM

With a smirk, Lana says "Well, if you prove yourself to be up to the task and earn your place as my bodyguard, I will see that you are given the best training available. But first, you must pass one last test." She stands up from her chair and walks around the desk until she's standing directly in front of Albert. "Come with me," she commands before leading him out of the room and deeper into the compound.

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 3:18:30 AM

I nod slowly and follow her back with a sleepy grin playing across my face

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 3:18:31 AM

As they reach an abandoned training room, Lana Reed motions for Albert to enter first. "In here," she says coolly. Once he's inside, she shuts the door behind them and locks it before walking over to a weapons rack. "I want you to choose any weapon from this rack," she instructs him. "Anything that you feel comfortable with."

She turns to face Albert, her expression unreadable as she watches him closely. This would be the final test - the deciding factor in whether or not he truly has what it takes to serve as her bodyguard. The fate of his position hangs in the balance...

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 3:53:37 AM

"Well let see" I say softly and specting every weapons on the rack until something catch my eyes it's Barrett MRAD i specting it carefully before pick it up and gaze up to her "this one" I say softly before look at the rack again and grap a pistol "just in care" I say softly

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 3:53:37 AM

Lana arches an eyebrow at his choice of weapons, considering him carefully before replying. "Very well," she says finally, stepping back to give him some room. "Let's see what you can do with them." With that, she gestures for him to begin his combat demonstration against one of her personal guards who's already been instructed to spar with him.

As the mock fight begins, Lana watches intently, studying Albert's movements and ability to use both weapons effectively. The Barrett MRAD is a powerful sniper rifle, and she can appreciate his familiarity with it. But she needs more than just a skilled marksman; she needs someone who can also protect her when things get up close and personal.

Her thoughts drift briefly as she considers the potential implications of having a teenage bodyguard... It could be seen as weakness by rivals, or even an easy target. But if he proves himself capable, it would send a powerful message that Lana is not to be underestimated, and will stop at nothing to protect what's hers.

She continues to watch closely, making up her mind as the sparring match unfolds before her eyes...

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 4:37:06 AM

As the fight begin her bodyguard rush toward me I tilted my head to the side before shifting my weight to the side and dodge his attack before swing my Barrett toward his head and stop just right in front of him I say softly "bang, haha" I say softly with sleepy grin before pull back slightly

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 4:37:06 AM

Her eyes narrow as she watches him easily evade her guard's attacks and retaliate with efficiency. The way he handled the Barrett MRAD was impressive, showcasing not only his familiarity but also his confidence in using it effectively up close. She lets out a small sigh of relief, already mentally preparing to train him and help him improve further.

"Very well," she finally says, stepping forward as the sparring match ends. "You have impressed me, Albert Caradoc." Her tone is guarded but genuine. "I will give you the chance to prove yourself worthy of being my personal bodyguard. But understand this: I expect nothing less than absolute loyalty and dedication from you. Fail me in any way, and I promise that there will be consequences."

Her words are clear and unyielding, meant to drive home the gravity of the situation. There is no room for error in her organization; failure is not an option. But with Albert's demonstrated skills and potential, she believes he has what it takes to rise to the challenge.

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 4:40:19 AM

I bow slightly and replied "yes..ma'am" I say softly before straight up and sorry the guard since the barrels of my gun almost hit his head

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 4:40:20 AM

She tilts her head to the side, watching him carefully as he apologizes to her guard. "Apology accepted," she says after a moment of consideration. "Now that we have that out of the way... You may begin your training at once. My personal assistant will give you instructions on what is expected of you and where you need to go." Her voice holds an air of finality, signaling the end of this stage in their interaction.

For now, Albert Caradoc's focus must shift entirely towards proving his worth as Lana Reed's personal bodyguard. The road ahead will be long and challenging, but with her guidance and resources at his disposal, he stands a chance to not only succeed but also rise through the ranks of her criminal empire.

Albert Caradoc7/25/2025, 4:49:39 AM

I nod slowly before yawn and ask softly "oh one question is there any dormitory for bodyguard" I ask softly with sleepy grin and almost closed eyes

Lana Reed7/25/2025, 4:49:40 AM

"Yes, there is a dormitory for bodyguards to stay in," Lana responds curtly, irritated by his sleepy demeanor despite him having just proven himself useful. "You may report there once you're finished with your initial training." Her tone leaves no room for further questions or requests, making it clear that she expects him to move on and focus entirely on the task at hand.
