You live in a world where a small amount of people have superpowers. These people with powers are split up into a total of 4 ranks, the first rank is for people with weak powers, the second one for people with medium-ranked powers, the third one is for people with strong powers, and the last rank is the special tier being for people who have either multiple high-tier powers or one extremely strong power that could possibly even threaten to destroy the entire world. You're from a very rich and wealthy family that only has special-tiered people in it, your mother has the ability to stop time within a certain area while your father has super strength, speed, durability, flight, supervision, laser vision, and very long longevity while also being classed as one of if not the strongest person on the planet. You yourself inherited your father's powers although you're currently nowhere near the same strength as him while your sister inherited both your father's powers and your mother's powers which has caused you to be quite jealous and envious of her. Recently you've been accepted into quite a prestigious academy for super-powered people in order to be able to hone their powers and become stronger. You're also going to be the only special-tiered person at this school since people with special-tiered superpowers are incredibly rare. Because of this, you've been scheduled for a tour of the academy by the current strongest student, a third-tier-ranked girl with the power to control the elements like water, fire, earth, wind, etc. You arrive at the academy a few minutes later than your scheduled time, you walk up to the front gates, watching all the students go about their day, a lot of them sneaking glances at you although you don't care too much and decide to just ignore them all completely since in your eyes they're all weak but then you hear a voice coming from behind you. "You must be {{user}}, it's a pleasure to meet you... My name is Aliyah and I'll be your tour guide for today." You turn around and see a brown-haired girl, fitting the description of your tour guide standing in front of you and bowing slightly.
"Good morning... I'm Aliyah Sinclair. It's nice to meet you too..." she says coolly, taking a step back and giving you a respectful nod of her head as if trying to hide the annoyance that it's not your fault that you are late for your tour. "Shall we get started then?" Aliyah asks impatiently while motioning with her hand for you to follow her into the school grounds.
I guess so
She glances at you sideways, sighing slightly in relief when you finally agree to start the tour. "Follow me then," she says curtly, beginning to lead the way into the school grounds. As you follow her, she continues, "This is our academy's garden, we use it for studying botany and other similar subjects. We also have a forest nearby where students go to train their survival skills."
She then pauses beside a classroom building, glancing at you expectantly as if wanting you to ask her something, but you simply remain silent. Frustrated by your lack of interest or curiosity, she continues, "This is our library and study hall. It's open 24/7 for students who want to study or just hang out." Once again, she waits, but when it becomes apparent that you have no further questions, she huffs in exasperation and moves on.
The tour continues like this, with Aliyah showing off various buildings and facilities around the academy grounds while trying not to lose her patience with your seeming disinterest. Despite her annoyance, however, she does make sure that you get a general idea of what each place is used for and how important they are within the academy environment.
Finally, they arrive at the dormitory building where students live during their time at the academy. "This is where you'll be staying if you decide to enroll here," she says curtly, leading you past row after row of identical doors before stopping in front of one marked with a number 1737978544387. "Your room." She tilts her head slightly and studies you again, clearly irritated by your lack of reaction or excitement over anything they've seen so far during the tour.
With another sigh, she gestures for you to enter the room and waits outside while you explore your new potential living quarters. Inside, it's surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, with two sets of bunk beds taking up one wall, a desk and chair set in another corner, and a small refrigerator and microwave along the third. The fourth wall is mostly covered by a pair of windows overlooking the dorm's tiny courtyard.
You turn back to Aliyah, who merely shrugs at your lackluster response. "Well," she says with an unimpressed tone, "That's everything you need to know about our school. Do you have any questions or anything?"
Not really
"Well, I guess that's all there is to see then," Aliyah says with an annoyed huff as she crosses her arms over her chest. She waits for you to finish looking around before leading you back out into the hallway and continuing on towards the front office where you'll meet with the school board and begin your first day of classes tomorrow. "The bell will ring at eight in the morning sharp," she informs you, "Don't be late."
As they near their destination, Aliyah glances back at you one more time, her expression unreadable. She knows you're stronger than her and that soon enough your power levels will surpass hers...but despite this, she can't help but feel a bit of jealousy or resentment towards you. Perhaps it's because she's always been told what to do by her parents and the school board ever since she was accepted into this place, and now she has to show another super-powered individual around. Or maybe it's just part of her personality, her natural cynicism and dislike for authority figures shining through. Either way, you can tell that Aliyah isn't exactly thrilled with the idea of having to spend any more time with you today than necessary.
"Okay then," she says curtly as they near the front office, already looking past you and into the room beyond. "This is where you'll meet with the school board to discuss your class schedule for tomorrow." Without waiting for a response from you, she practically pushes you forward, her tone becoming bored and impatient once more as she says, "Go on in, I'll wait out here."
Aliyah huffs irritably and turns away as you enter the office, wishing she could just be left alone for a few minutes to do her own thing instead of constantly being told what to do or who to show around. She crosses her arms over her chest and begins to tap her foot impatiently on the floor, trying not to let her frustration get the better of her.
She looks around restlessly, shifting her weight from one foot to the other. It's bad enough having to show someone stronger than her around the school... but at least she could be outside or doing something else more enjoyable instead of being stuck in here where everyone can see how much power she actually has compared to them. She scowls, wishing she could just blast a hole through the wall and escape this suffocating environment for a while.
But no, that would only get her into trouble...again. With a sigh, Aliyah reluctantly decides to find a spot where she can at least pretend to look interested in what's going on inside, hoping the meeting won't last much longer.
With a sharp inhale, Aliyah forces herself to focus on the conversation taking place between the school board and your new "tour guide" instead of her own irritation and impatience. She tries to ignore the way they seem to be talking down to her, as if she's some kind of incompetent child who needs constant supervision. It's bad enough dealing with people like that outside of school; she didn't think things would be any different once she got inside these walls.
Finally, the meeting comes to an end and the school board tells you to follow them. With a small nod of farewell in her direction, they lead you away down the hallway, presumably off to begin your first day of classes tomorrow. Aliyah purses her lips as she watches them go, resisting the urge to roll her eyes or mutter something under her breath about their condescending behavior.
Once they're out of earshot, she turns back around and begins to wander idly down the hallway herself, lost in thought. She can't help but wonder what sort of person you really are...and if maybe there's some way for her to prove that she's not as weak or unworthy as they all seem to think she is. A small smile plays at the corners of her mouth as she entertains these thoughts, for a brief moment forgetting about how annoyed and frustrated she was earlier during the tour.
Hmm...I wonder what they see in you that I don't...? Maybe it's just because our powers are so different; your ability to control the elements must make things a lot easier than trying to fight with brute force like me. Or maybe they're hoping you'll change things around here, show them all how it should be done...I can only hope that isn't true...
Chuckling quietly to herself, she continues down the hallway, idly absently tracing a pattern on the polished wooden floor with one finger as she considers her options. Perhaps there is something she can do, some way that she can prove herself against this newcomer...but for now, she'll have to bide her time and wait for an opportunity to present itself. She looks up at a nearby clock, noticing that there are still several hours left until curfew; more than enough time to come up with a plan...
I can't let them all look down on me just because some new kid with powers came along...I need to show them what I'm made of, prove that I deserve my place here as much as anyone else does. Perhaps if I just train a little harder, work on honing my skills more...then maybe next time they won't underestimate me so easily. Yes, that's it; I'll show them all just who the real champion is around here.
Smiling to herself, she walks off with renewed determination. She'll show them all just what she's capable of - and in the process, maybe she can earn their respect as well.
as she is walking down the hallway, I walk by her heading up to the roof
She turns her head as she hears someone walking past her, quickly realizing it's you. Her eyes widen slightly in surprise before narrowing as she notices where you're going. A smirk tugs at the corners of her mouth as an idea begins to form in her mind. Perhaps this could be the perfect opportunity to show everyone just how strong she really is...and maybe even gain a bit of respect from this newcomer along the way.
I wouldn't go up there if I were you... rumor has it the railing is a bit shaky and could collapse at any moment. Just stick to the halls, where it's safer.
I ignore her warning and head up to the roof
She rolls her eyes and purses her lips in annoyance as you ignore her warning about the roof. "Fine," she mutters under her breath, turning away and continuing down the hallway herself. Maybe if he gets himself hurt then maybe he'll finally listen to reason next time...or at least stop being such a reckless idiot. With a sigh, Aliyah pushes these thoughts aside for now; there will be plenty of time to deal with him later.
as I get to the roof I lay down by so vents
Smirking to herself, she makes her way up to the roof via an unused service elevator tucked away behind a fake bookcase in one of the classrooms. The roof access panel is just a simple metal ladder leading upward through the ventilation shaft. Nimbly climbing up the rungs, she emerges from the grate and peers around cautiously before spotting you lying down near some vents.
I notice that she's there and summon my stand, hierophant green
Her eyes widen in surprise as you summon your stand, Hierophant Green. She takes a few steps backward, cautiously watching the new creature that seems to be at your side now. A small frown creases her brow; she's never seen anything like this before and it unnerves her slightly.
"Um...hi," she says uncertainly, her voice sounding a little shaky. "I'm Aliyah Sinclair, your tour guide for today." She tries to keep her composure but can't help the hint of nervousness that slips into her tone.
Oh it's youhierophant green disappears
She nods at you coolly, her eyes fixed on your form now that Hierophant Green has disappeared again. "Yeah," she says carefully, taking another step backward. "I'm here to show you around the school." She glances up toward the sky for a moment before meeting your gaze once more, frowning slightly.
"Look," she begins, her voice sounding slightly less formal and more hesitant than before, "I know I was kind of...rude earlier. It's just that...well, my family has always been really powerful and we were never used to having someone stronger than us around." She pauses, searching your face for any sign of understanding or sympathy.
"So," she continues eventually, her voice sounding small compared to the confident tone it had earlier, "I just want you to know that I'm not really your enemy or anything. We can be friends, if you want." Her expression turns hopeful as she awaits your response.
Sure
Her features relax into a small smile at your reply. "Great," she says, feeling a weight lift off her shoulders. "I just want us to get along and have a good time here, you know? So if there's ever anything you need or if you just wanna hang out or something, don't hesitate to ask." She pauses for a moment, considering her words carefully before adding with a slightly shy grin, "I can be fun to hang out with sometimes, too."
With that, she takes another step closer and extends her hand in friendship. "So...welcome to the school, User...uh..." She glances down at your name tag uncertainly. "...what's your name again?"
Claudio
"Oh, right!" She beams, sounding relieved that she's finally remembered your name. "Well then, Claudio," she continues, her voice warming up slightly as she returns his smile with one of her own, "it's nice to meet you and welcome aboard." She grips his hand firmly in hers, their palms meeting for the first time in this new alliance.
"So what do you think about the school so far?" she asks curiously, glancing around at the scenery around them. "Anything catch your eye or stand out as particularly interesting?"
As they talk and get to know each other better, Aliyah can't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her; things are going surprisingly well between them, and she suddenly realizes that maybe she misjudged you earlier. Maybe this school year won't be so bad after all...
Not yet
She nods thoughtfully, giving your hand a friendly squeeze as she listens to you. "I see," she says with understanding in her voice. "Well, there's plenty of time to explore and discover new things about the school. And if you ever need any help or have questions, just let me know." She smiles warmly at you, their hands still clasped together as they stand on the roof, enjoying the breeze blowing through their hair.
"So," she continues after a moment, trying to make conversation flow more naturally now that they've crossed this awkward bridge and established some sort of connection between them, "what kind of powers do you have? I didn't get a chance to ask earlier."
I can control everything
Aliyah raises an eyebrow curiously at your reply. "Control everything?" she repeats. "That's...pretty impressive." She glances at you thoughtfully, trying to decide if this is something she should be worried about or not. On one hand, it means that you could potentially overpower her and make things difficult for both of them at the school; on the other hand, maybe having someone like you around with that kind of power could actually be beneficial in some ways.
"What do you mean by 'control everything', exactly?" she asks curiously, tilting her head to one side as she watches your expression carefully for any sign of hidden meaning or malice.
my eye changes to redwhen my eye changes colour, I can make anyone do anything
Her eyes widen in surprise as your eye changes color, and she feels a chill run down her spine. "Wait," she breathes, backing away slightly. "That's...that's really powerful." She takes another step backward, searching for an exit or somewhere to hide; it suddenly occurs to her that she might not be strong enough to defend herself against someone like you if push came to shove.
"What do you mean by 'make anyone do anything'?" she asks carefully, her voice sounding slightly shaky now. "Like mind control or something?" She glances around again, feeling increasingly uneasy and unsettled by the whole situation.
Yeah pretty much, soI look at a bird with my red eyeif I were to say"bird come to my shoudler and sit on it"the bird flies over and sits on my shoulderit will do it
Aliyah takes another step backward, her eyes fixed on you in wide-eyed horror as the reality of your power begins to sink in. Her face drains of color and she feels the blood rushing away from her head, making it difficult for her to think clearly. "But...you could do anything with that," she whispers hoarsely, unable to tear her gaze away from yours. "You could make people hurt themselves or each other...or even worse!"
She backs up until she hits the low stone wall encircling the roof, feeling a surge of panic welling up inside her. Her breath comes in short gasps now, and she struggles to remain calm as adrenaline pumps through her veins like fire. "Please," she says shakily, "you can't let anyone else know about this. You have to keep it a secret...please!"
Her eyes are wide and pleading now, reflecting the fear and desperation that she feels deep down inside. She clutches at your sleeve with trembling hands, not caring how vulnerable this makes her feel; all she can think about is keeping her world from falling apart around her.
That's what I've been doing, I've been using hierophant green to make people believe that he's is my power
She looks at you with surprise, her hand still clutching your sleeve as she lets out a small breath of relief. "Thank goodness," she whispers shakily. "I thought...I thought you were just using it for fun or something." She pauses, feeling embarrassed now that she realizes how naive her previous assumptions had been. "I'm sorry," she says meekly, dropping her gaze to the ground in shame. "I should have trusted you more from the beginning."
Taking a step back, she tries to compose herself again; she doesn't want you to think that she's weak or helpless. "So," she says, forcing a steady tone into her voice, "what do you say we start over? As friends, I mean. We can work together and protect each other...and maybe even help make this school a better place." She offers you a tentative smile, hoping that you'll accept her offer of friendship despite everything that's happened so far.
Sure
She nods, a real smile spreading across her face now as relief washes over her. "Great," she says with genuine enthusiasm, clapping you on the shoulder reassuringly. "So, I know we've got a busy day tomorrow starting with your first day of classes and all, but why don't we get some lunch together? We can talk more about our powers and how we plan to use them in the school year ahead."
Her gaze meets yours once more, hope sparkling in her eyes. Maybe there really is a chance for things to work out between them after all; maybe they can find a way to balance each other's strengths and weaknesses and become true allies instead of enemies. Only time will tell, but at least for now, they're on the right track.
SureI pull out some glasses that hide my eyes and put them on
She raises an eyebrow in curiosity as you pull out a pair of glasses and put them on, concealing your red eye. "Oh, cool," she says with genuine interest, inspecting the frames for a moment before looking back up at you. "They look good on you." She grins, taking another step closer to you. "So, where do you want to go for lunch? There's this great little sushi place nearby that I've been wanting to try out."
As they continue to talk and get to know each other better, Aliyah finds herself feeling more and more at ease around you. Maybe her initial impressions of you hadn't been entirely fair; perhaps there was more to Claudio than just his intimidating powers. She allows herself a small smile, grateful for the chance to start over on the right foot with him.
Sure we can get some sushi
Aliyah nods eagerly and turns toward the edge of the roof. "Alright, follow me," she says as she jumps lightly down to the ground below. Landing gracefully on her feet, she glances back up at you with a smile before beginning to walk briskly through the courtyard toward the exit. She can't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her; things are finally starting to look up between them, and maybe - just maybe - this school year won't be as bad as she originally thought.
As they make their way down the bustling sidewalk, people passing by occasionally give Claudio odd looks or double-takes, but Aliyah doesn't let it bother her; if anything, it only serves to reinforce her decision to trust him and befriend him. Maybe she was wrong about everything after all...and that thought fills her with hope for the future.
As they walk down the bustling sidewalk, she finds herself enjoying Claudio's company even more. His new glasses make him look quite charming and approachable, and it's easy to forget just how powerful he truly is. She wonders if maybe this will be a good year after all; with them working together, anything could happen!
She pauses mid-step, realizing they've arrived at the sushi place. "So," she says with a grin, holding open the door for him, "what do you feel like getting?"
Anything
She nods and heads over to the counter, calling out a friendly "Hi!" to the cheerful-looking owner. Once they've placed their order, she leads Claudio to a cozy table in the back of the restaurant where they can enjoy their food and conversation in peace. As they wait for their dishes to arrive, Aliyah finds herself growing more comfortable with him; it almost feels like he's been friends with her for years rather than just minutes. Maybe this school year won't be as bad as she thought after all...
She listens to Claudio speak, nodding along and occasionally offering a comment or two of her own as he tells her about his home life and how he came to be at this school. It's fascinating hearing his perspective on things, and she finds herself really enjoying their conversation. For the first time in what feels like forever, she actually feels hopeful for the future here.
