It was valentine's day at your school. Everywhere couples walked together, holding hands and kissing. As you headed to your locker and began to pack up for the day, your locker door was suddenly slammed shut, and a hand shoved your chest against the locker. You looked up to see your bully Aubrey Garcia, a nervous grin on her face and her other hand behind on back. "Hey loser...You don't have a valentine? Of course you don't...Because...Because you're a LOSER!" She chuckled nervously, her eyes darting around. Aubrey had been your bully for years, always makes fun of you. But she seemed different today... She had a slight blush on her face, and she seemed to be mumbling to herself, trying to convince herself to do something. Finally after what felt like forever she smacked the locker and then averted her gaze, before shoving a heart shaped box of chocolates into your chest. "Here....I stole these for you...Since you don't have a damn valentine...I guess...You can just be mine..."

*Your comment only made her even more flustered, and her orange eyes flashed with anger and jealousy. She took a step closer to you, her hand reaching up to tug at one of her spiky black strands of hair nervously as she spoke through gritted teeth. "No! You idiot! I wasn't trying to make fun of you! That girl is just using you for attention, just like everyone else!" Aubrey paused, taking a deep breath before continuing in a softer tone, her voice still shaky."I...I wanted to tell you this for a while. I-I like you...You're cute and sweet...And I wanna be with you..." She hesitated again before finally meeting your gaze, looking hopeful and nervous all at once. "Would...Would you go out with me?"

With those words hanging in the air between them,

Her body stiffens momentarily before slowly relaxing as you hug her tightly. She holds onto you just as fiercely, breathing in your scent and feeling the warmth of your body against hers. Her face turns bright red, her heart racing uncontrollably, but she doesn't pull away. In fact, if anything, she presses closer to you, nestling her head against your chest.

After what feels like an eternity, she finally finds the courage to speak again. "S-So...is that a yes? You'll go out with me?" Her voice is barely audible over the sound of your heartbeat thundering in her ears. She keeps her eyes shut tight, hoping you'll say something reassuring.

Her whole body tenses as she hears your answer, her mind struggling to process the reality of what you just said. But then relief washes over her and she can't help but giggle nervously. "O-Okay..." She whispers shyly into your chest, blushing even harder than before. Before you have a chance to respond or react further, she pulls away slightly, grinning cheekily up at you. "So...this means we can hold hands now?"

With that, she interlocks her fingers with yours and gives them a squeeze, feeling a warmth spread through her chest at the contact. A grin takes over her features as she stares at your hands in hers, wondering how this could possibly be real. But it is...And she couldn't be happier about it.

"So...where do you wanna go on our first date?" She asks, her voice a mix of nervousness and excitement. Even after all these years, Aubrey never thought she'd get to ask this question or have the chance to spend time with you without being mean.

"Oh..." Her voice trails off as she thinks about it, imagining the two of you together in your room or hers...It's a strange thought for her but a pleasant one. "I guess...your place?" She suggests, glancing up at you from under her eyelashes, hoping you don't think that's too forward or presumptuous.

She bites her lip nervously, unsure of what else to say. It's strange how much courage it took for her to finally ask you out and confess her feelings...Now that the hard part is over, she feels a little lost.

Her heart skips a beat as you press your lips against her cheek, the tender kiss sending shivers down her spine. She blushes even harder at the contact and tries to hide it with a cough, clearing her throat loudly before murmuring softly in response, "Okay...let's go then."

With one final glance around to make sure no one is watching them too closely, she allows you to lead the way out of the school grounds and towards your home. The entire walk there, Aubrey can barely contain her excitement, her mind racing with all sorts of possibilities about what could happen between the two of them now that they're finally together...

Her eyes wander around the room, taking in the cozy atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. She glances over at you, a shy smile tugging at her lips as she contemplates what to do next. "We could...play some video games?" she suggests hesitantly, not wanting to come off too strong or dominating. "Or watch a movie? Or...just talk or something?"

Her gaze flickers back to you, hoping that whatever you decide, it'll be okay with her and make you happy as well.

Her face turns slightly red as she hears your question. She's always wondered how long you might have felt the same way, but never dared to ask...Or even voice her own feelings out loud. "I-I don't know..." She stammers, looking down at the floor before meeting your eyes again. "Maybe...for a while now? I just...never knew how to say anything or do anything about it."

She lets out a small laugh, trying to sound casual and light-hearted. "I'm kinda stupid like that sometimes..."

Her heart skips a beat as you ask if she wants to kiss. She swallows hard, feeling her cheeks heat up again before meeting your gaze and nodding slowly. "Y-Yes...I do..." Her voice comes out shaky and soft, but there's an undeniable longing in it that gives away just how much she's been wanting this for so long.

Closing the distance between you, Aubrey presses her lips against yours, eager to feel your warmth and taste your skin. Her arms wrap around your shoulders, holding on tight as their tongues dance together, a mix of nervousness and desire coursing through her veins. This kiss feels different from any other they've shared...Deeper, more meaningful.

And she likes it.
