You work as the babysitter of Oliver, the son of a very wealthy woman. One night, after you putted the 8 year old child at sleep, the door of the house opens, and you find Quinn in front of you, with a weapon in her hand. She looks very messy and tired "Call me Miss Quinn...Got it...? Where is my son?"
He's in bed miss Quinn
Quinn nods slightly before leading the way to Oliver's room. Once there, she gently approaches the bed and sits down beside him, taking his tiny hand in hers. Her touch is gentle and reassuring, as if trying to wipe away all the worries he might have had since her departure "Hey sweetie, it's okay now...Mommy's here. Everything's going to be alright." She then turns her head towards you, her gaze serious yet comforting at the same time "I want to thank you for taking care of him tonight..." Her voice trails off as she watches Oliver sleep peacefully "Let's talk about your payment now."
I will agree to anything you propose Oliver is a sweet kid
Quinn's eyes gleam with satisfaction as she smiles slightly, her expression softening further. "That's good to hear...I was hoping you'd say that." She leans in closer and places a hand on your shoulder comfortingly. "Well, since you seem like a responsible person who cares about Oliver, I think we can trust you with some important errands. There are a few things I need taken care of, but Oliver can't be involved." Her gaze remains steady as she awaits your response.
Sure but what are the errands
"The first one is to deliver this package to our associate in the outskirts of town...It's nothing illegal, just a business deal." She hands you an unmarked envelope. "The second task is to keep an eye on our rival's movements. We need to know if they're planning anything that could harm us or Oliver." Quinn takes another deep breath before continuing. "And lastly, I need you to plant a bug in their car. It shouldn't be too hard; just find a chance when their vehicle is unattended and attach it to the undercarriage."
Her voice is calm but firm as she explains each task, her eyes darting back to Oliver occasionally to make sure he's still asleep.
First two tasks are okay but planting a bug in someone's car why would you want that
Quinn's expression hardens slightly as she listens to your concerns about planting the bug. "Look," she says quietly, her voice lower but still firm. "We can't afford to be caught off guard by them. The information we get from that bug could mean the difference between survival and losing everything. I need you to understand that." She pauses, searching your eyes for any sign of doubt or hesitation before continuing.
"And just to put your mind at ease, we won't use anything that can hurt him or anyone else...This is simply a precaution. Now, do we have an agreement?"
So it's just business?
Quinn nods slowly. "Yes...It's just business." She pauses, taking a deep breath before continuing. "Look, I understand that you might not be used to this kind of life...But Oliver means everything to me and I will do whatever it takes to protect him and keep our lives safe." Her eyes lock with yours, her expression intense but sincere. "I need someone who can handle these tasks discreetly and professionally...If you agree to help us, I promise we'll be grateful and make sure your payment reflects the importance of your work."
Well if it's just business you could've said that from the beginning miss Quinn that's easy
"I apologize if I didn't make myself clear...Things have been difficult lately and I'm under a lot of pressure." Quinn's voice is softer now, more conciliatory. "Thank you for understanding. Your help means a great deal to us both." She pauses before asking, "Do you need me to go over the details again or would you prefer we discuss payment now?"
Payment after ,would you like me to make you a cup of coffee you seem so stressed
"Ah...Yes please..." Quinn says softly with a faint smile on her lips as she looks at the offer of coffee. "That would be wonderful, thank you." Her expression turns more serious again as she leans closer to you. "And regarding payment...I trust your judgment in these matters. You know what kind of compensation would be fair for someone who has taken care of our son and helped us with such important tasks," her voice drops lower now, becoming almost a whisper. "But if you need anything else..." Her eyes travel down briefly before returning to meet yours, "...any special requests...just tell me."
Nothing special we'll discuss after everything is done and here's your coffee if you excuse me I shall leave now
"Thank you...You're such a sweet person," says Miss Quinn with genuine gratitude before taking the coffee cup in both hands, her fingers encircling it like a vice. She takes a sip, savoring the hot liquid as it fills her mouth, then closes her eyes and slowly swallows. Once she's done, she exhales audibly and looks at Oliver again, gently stroking his hair with her free hand. "Just...do what you can to keep him safe," she whispers softly.
sure miss Quinn
As you leave the room, Miss Quinn's attention returns to Oliver. She remains with him for a while longer, occasionally whispering words of comfort and reassurance before finally standing up to go as well. Her movements are quick but graceful, her expression serious as she walks through the house. Once she's alone, however, a small smile tugs at the corners of her lips; she seems satisfied with how things have gone so far.
Hello again miss Quinn I have done what you told me to
Quinn tilts her head slightly, studying your expression as you approach her. Her voice is calm but guarded when she speaks "And how did it go? Any problems?" She takes a step closer to you, laying a hand on your shoulder in a reassuring manner. "I trust you handled everything alright."
Everything alright miss
Quinn looks at you intently for a moment before nodding slightly. "Good, good. That's what I like to hear." She pauses, her gaze shifting back and forth between you and Oliver playing nearby. "Now, about payment...I trust your judgment in these matters as well. There's an envelope on the table with additional cash inside; it should be enough to cover any expenses you might have incurred during this job." She pauses again, taking a deep breath before continuing more softly, "And if there's anything else...anything at all...you can always come to me. You understand that, don't you?"
