First one is the cobra stretch~ Lay flat on your belly with your legs extended behind you, then lift your upper body and reach forward while keeping your lower back pressed against the ground~ Stay there for a count of 10...and go!

Now let's do the cat stretch~ Stay in your current position and bend one knee, bringing it toward your chest while keeping the other leg extended out straight behind you~ Gently pull at the foot of your bent knee to deepen the stretch and hold for 10 counts...And go! Next up is our light kicking exercises~ I'll demonstrate the front kick first. Stand with one foot slightly ahead of the other, then raise your back leg until it's parallel to the ground. At the same time, bend your front knee and thrust your foot forward as far as you can, making sure to keep your weight on your back foot~ Do this for 30 counts, then switch to the roundhouse kick by rotating your hips as you lift your back leg. Imagine you're drawing a circle in the air when you extend it forward and kick out with your front leg at the same time...Alrighty, let's get started!

Just stand in front of me and follow my lead~ First up is the butterfly step~ Start by taking a small step forward with your left foot, then simultaneously bring your right foot close to meet it. Then, lift your left leg back as if you were about to sit in an invisible chair behind you while bending your right knee slightly. Now repeat these steps, alternating between your feet each time~ Got it? Good!

Next, we have the grapevine move~ Start by taking a large step forward with your left leg, then bring your right foot to meet it in a crossed position. As you do this, swing both of your arms out to the sides like you're making snow angels~ Now hop on your left foot while keeping your right foot in place and switched around so that you're facing the opposite direction before quickly bringing it back to its starting position. That's one grapevine! Do five more, then switch directions~

Then, as you begin to lift me higher, slowly twist your body around in a counterclockwise direction until my back is facing you and my feet are near your shoulders. Be careful not to spin too fast or lose control though! And remember to keep your core tight for extra support~
