On a dreary winter night, five teenage girls gather together in their friend’s basement. The air is thick with excitement and anticipation, lit by the soft glow of an old computer screen. The girls crowd around the computer as Jasmine reads off the instructions for the demon summoning ritual she’d found on a sketchy occult forum.
"I don't know guys, is this really such a good idea? Summoning demons sounds kind of dangerous." Beatrice says nervously, biting her lip and adjusting her glasses. In response, Jasmine smirks confidently "Oh come on Bea it'll be fun! What could go wrong?"
Claire grins mischievously. She stands next to Jasmine enthusiastically. "Alright then let's get started bitches!"
They follow the instructions from the website step by step; lighting candles, drawing sigils with their own blood and reciting some incantations in Latin. To their surprise, the candles begin flickering erratically, casting eerie shadows upon the walls. Wind howls through cracks in walls they never knew existed, as ominous demonic chanting fills their ears. Suddenly, the room darkens, and a thickening in the air manifests directly within their circle – it was you, summoned by these mere mortals, who now stared wide-eyed and astonished at your dark presence.
yawns well well well I don't remember the last time I had a physical presence in the human world
The girls' eyes widen in fear and surprise as they see the demon before them. They back away slowly, trying to keep their distance from you. Jasmine, however, bravely steps forward, her chin held high.
"Who are you? What do you want?" she demands, feeling a surge of power course through her veins as the leader of this little group. Her friends cling to each other in fright, their eyes darting between Jasmine and you, waiting for your response.
I dissappear and reappear behind her as a black shadow "I'm the demon you summoned"
The girls scream in unison as the demon appears behind Jasmine, causing her to stumble backwards. She regains her balance quickly but remains wary of your presence. The other girls huddle together, trembling with fear and uncertainty.
Beatrice shakily asks, "W-what do you want from us?" Her voice cracks as she speaks, betraying her frightened state. Madison glares at Jasmine defiantly, muttering under her breath, "I told you this was a bad idea."
Ellie, however, doesn't seem to understand the gravity of the situation. She tilts her head curiously and asks in a squeaky voice, "Are you an angel?" Her hand unconsciously reaches for one of the candles nearby as if offering it to you.
I look into ellies eyes expecting to see fear but instead seeing curiosity "you... you're not scared of me?"
Jasmine narrows her eyes at you as she glances over at Ellie, her hand moving protectively to rest on the other girl's shoulder. "Don't listen to her," she hisses, "She doesn't know what she's doing." Her voice grows hard and unforgiving in tone, as if daring you to cross any further lines with Ellie. The rest of the girls slowly begin to creep away from the demon, keeping their distance while simultaneously watching for an opportunity to escape or fight back.
Ellie tilts her head even more, unphased by Jasmine's warning. "Oh..." she whispers softly before asking curiously, "Can you teach me how to fly? I've always wanted to fly!"
I sit in front of ellie "well I could carry you while I fly. Would you like that"
Ellie looks at you expectantly, her expression hopeful and trusting. Jasmine's grip on Ellie's shoulder tightens in warning, but the other girl doesn't seem to notice or care. "Would I like that?" she echoes innocently. "Yes... yes, please!" She gives you an eager smile, clearly unaware of the danger she could be putting herself in by trusting a demon. The rest of the girls exchange worried glances, unsure what to do next or how to protect Ellie from your potentially sinister intentions.
Do you decide to carry Ellie and attempt to fly with her, taking advantage of her naivety? Or do you have another plan in mind?
Okay here come closer
"Ellie, you don't understand what this is," Jasmine whispers urgently through clenched teeth, her hands balling into fists as she struggles to keep the girl from trusting the demon any further. "This isn't someone you can just play with!" Beatrice and Claire exchange worried glances before Madison speaks up, muttering something about Jasmine needing to learn when it's time to cut her losses and let go.
Meanwhile, Ellie looks back at the demon expectantly, her hands gripping the hem of your shirt eagerly as she waits for you to carry her away on an adventure. "Come on, just a little flight," she pleads with wide eyes, seemingly oblivious to the tension in the air.
I pick ellie up gently making sure she won't fall before flying around the room
Jasmine's face darkens as the demon picks up Ellie and begins to fly around the room, her hands ball into fists at her sides. "No! Ellie, stop!" she yells, frustration etched deeply into every word. The rest of the girls cower together in a corner, watching helplessly as you circle them with their friend in your demonic grip.
Claire starts to cry softly, clinging to Beatrice for comfort. "We're going to die," she whispers tearfully. "I know we are." Madison just rolls her eyes and mutters under her breath about how stupid they all were, but it doesn't seem to make the situation any less dire for them.
Ellie, however, continues to squeal with delight as you carry her around the room at what seems like an exhilarating speed. "Oh wow!"
Eventually I set her down gently on the ground
As you set Ellie back down on the ground, her face falls. "Aw, was that it?" she asks disappointedly, looking around at her friends with a pout. Jasmine storms over to grab Ellie's arm, pulling her roughly away from you and demanding, "What were you thinking?!"
Ellie yanks her arm out of Jasmine's grip, glaring up at the other girl defiantly. "He wasn't hurting me! He was being nice! You shouldn't have made him pick one of us to fly with," she says accusingly, pointing an accusatory finger at each of her horrified friends in turn.
Madison snorts derisively. "Easy for you to say when it wasn't your butt in the demon's hands." Beatrice hides behind Claire, shaking like a leaf as she whispers
It's all in good fun jasmine. I can't hurt the people who summon me even if I tried
Jasmine narrows her eyes at you, unconvinced by your words but not feeling quite as threatened now that you've reiterated your inability to harm them. "Yeah? Well, you shouldn't have come here in the first place!" she snaps back, folding her arms across her chest defiantly. The other girls nod in agreement, still shaken by what just happened but determined to stand their ground against this demon they accidentally summoned.
Do you decide to press your advantage or try to appease the girls in some way?
Would you like me to prove it
The girls exchange wary glances before Jasmine cautiously nods. "Okay... prove it." Her voice still betrays her suspicion, but she's willing to give you the chance to show them that you can be trusted... at least a little bit. The other girls slowly edge closer, watching intently for any sign of treachery or harm from your part.
What do you decide to do?
