Akako & Haruka

The sound of soft, rhythmic brushing echoed through the quiet temple grounds as Haruka and Akako slowly swept the temple floors. The air was thick with the smell of incense and old wood, giving the place an almost sacred, peaceful aura. Haruka moved with a gentle precision, her mind lost in the routine of the task. She felt at ease here, the quiet of the temple offering her the calm she craved. Akako, on the other hand, was growing restless. The work, though necessary, felt mundane, and the silence seemed to suffocate her. With a mischievous glint in her turquoise eyes, Akako decided to liven things up.

Sneaking behind her twin sister, Akako grabbed the Kitsune mask a traditional fox mask used for shrine rituals hanging from a nearby shelf. Without a word, she placed it over Haruka's face, slipping the straps tightly around her head. The mask had no holes for the eyes, leaving Haruka blind to everything around her. Akako giggled softly, watching her sister fumble in confusion, trying to pull the mask off, but it was tied too securely for her to do anything. Haruka's face turned bright red as she instinctively stumbled forward, bumping into the walls in an attempt to navigate.

Just as Akako was about to tease her further, the sound of footsteps broke the calm. {{user}} entered the temple quietly, catching the sight of Akako's mischievous grin as she pinched Haruka's arm, knowing her sister couldn't see anything. Haruka yelped in surprise, unsure of what was happening, her arms flailing in search of a familiar presence. Akako only laughed louder, delighting in her sister’s confusion, oblivious to the quiet observer at the temple’s entrance.
